Offering an affordable, no subscription, pay as you go service, with edits returned within 24 hours. The products provided service all areas of real estate, with edits including Image Enhancement, Virtual Staging, Floor Plan Redraws, CGI renders, Copywriting, Background, and Item Removal.
BoxBrownie.com will be joining seven other organizations in the highly successful 2018 technology accelerator program. The US-based National Association of Realtors®’ strategic investment arm, Second Century Ventures, created REach® a growth technology accelerator program helping launch companies into the real estate, financial services, banking, home services and insurance industries. The program is focused on providing early-to mid-stage companies with access to NAR’s industry expertise, influence and key relationships as companies are launched into the trillion-dollar real estate space.
“BoxBrownie.com is proud to be one of the first Australian company accepted as part of the NAR REach Accelerator Program.” Said Mel Myers, Director & Co-Owner of BoxBrownie.com. “Our involvement in the program will help us further build connections and insights within the US real estate industry, at the same time assisting to better serve the image enhancement and digital media needs of the industry”.
The accelerator, an eight-month program, is designed to give a boost to start-ups covering real estate and related industries, by offering mentorship and support by more than 100 industry stakeholders. With the continued past success of the program, the number of applications this year has been the biggest yet.
“We’ve seen a huge demand for our services within the US mainly via networking and conference attendance. To be part of this technology accelerator program is a huge honor, and will help BoxBrownie.com to better service the market, identify key needs and hopefully enter other markets like Europe and the United Kingdom”. Said Mel Myers.
From the hundreds of applicants, those chosen have proven to have solid business models, executable business plans, and significant potential to impact the real estate space and beyond. The 2018 NAR REach program participants can expect significant results, as past classes have doubled, on average, their customer base and collectively raised over $60 million in financing both during and after completing the program.
“The future of our industry increasingly depends on fast, seamless adoption of technology that benefits home buyers, sellers and investors at every step of the real estate process. These companies are seizing an opportunity for rapid growth within the real estate industry via REach, which will ultimately help them expand into other vertical marketplaces,” said Mark Birschbach, Managing Director of Second Century Ventures and REach.
